Las Cruces, NM — CyraCom Language Solutions, a worldwide provider of interpreting services, will be expanding its Las Cruces office. Governor Susana Martinez announced that 100 new employees will be added to CyraCom’s Las Cruces operation to meet growing demand for its services, bringing the Las Cruces staff to 200 employees.
“We’re proud to have partners like CyraCom as we continue to diversify New Mexico’s economy,” said Governor Martinez. “As our state becomes more business friendly, we’re growing our private sector and creating more jobs for our families.”
Las Cruces Mayor Ken Miyagishima applauded the expansion, saying, “As the state, city and our local economic development partners collaborate on projects like this, we’re going to see more job creation in Las Cruces and the region. The state is providing resources towards job training, and our City’s Economic Development Office, MVEDA and our other partners will be helping CyraCom find the right people for its needs. Our strong bi-lingual workforce is one of our strengths, and having CyraCom choose Las Cruces for its expansion is fantastic. It says a lot about the business friendly environment and advantages here in New Mexico and Las Cruces.”
