Saginaw, MI, part of the Great Lakes Bay Region — The Michigan Economic Developers Association (MEDA) announced that the Great Lakes Tech Park, located in Saginaw County Michigan’s Thomas Township, has the qualifications needed to be a Michigan Certified Business Park. The Tech Park has the quality standards that make it a unique, first-rate business location.
The Certified Business Park program was established by MEDA and the Michigan Economic Development Corporation. This program was designed to prepare quality business districts for securing business in Michigan. This results-oriented approach has been used to rebuild and revitalize the economic development of communities. State certification assures park occupants of high quality amenities and services that surpass most business parks through the nation. There are approximately 65 Certified Business Parks throughout Michigan.
