NVR, Inc., a leading homebuilder, will expand current operations in Kings Mountain and build a new facility in Fayetteville, North Carolina, investing over $33.9 million dollars in this project and creating 261 new jobs in Cleveland and Cumberland Counties. NVR, Inc. is a Fortune 500 company that constructs homes in 15 states for Ryan Homes, NVHomes and Heartland Homes, and has a mortgage division.
Salaries for these new positions will vary but will be higher than both counties’ average salary of $46,510. The annual payroll impact can potentially be $12.8 million a year.
