Longtime partners, Fairway Investments and Triad Properties have joined once again for the acquisition and development of the Huntsville West Distribution Park, a 2 million square foot, master-planned distribution and commerce park conveniently located on Greenbrier Parkway in Huntsville, Alabama. Providing exceptional access to I-565, the 135-acre property is adjacent to Amazon, Vuteq, and in close proximity to Polaris and the $2.3B Mazda-Toyota manufacturing plant. The Fairway-Triad joint venture closed on the property Thursday, July 28, 2022.
The Fairway-Triad joint venture plans to develop distribution, warehouse, and logistics space on a speculative and build-to-suit basis. Building sizes will range from 250,000 to 400,000 square feet, with the site plan offering the capability to develop a 650,000 square foot mega-center.
