HINESVILLE, Ga. (April 14, 2026) — The Liberty County Development Authority (LCDA) is inviting qualified developers to submit proposals for the purchase and development of approximately 299.72 acres of non-industrial property in Liberty County, Georgia.
The offering includes eight separate parcels, providing flexibility for developers to pursue individual or multi-parcel development opportunities. LCDA is seeking experienced development partners capable of delivering high-quality, well-planned projects that align with the community’s long-term growth vision.
Prospective developers must demonstrate proven experience, financial capacity, and a comprehensive development strategy. Proposed projects should complement existing and planned land uses while contributing meaningful economic and community value to the region.
LCDA has outlined preferred uses and development conditions for each parcel within the official proposal documents. While these guidelines reflect the Authority’s vision, alternative concepts that support broader community objectives will also be considered.
Complete proposal details, including evaluation criteria and submission requirements, are available at comegrow.global under the “RFPs and Public Notices” section. Printed copies may also be obtained at the LCDA office during regular business hours.
Proposal submissions are due by 5:00 p.m. on May 8, 2026.
Property tours are available by appointment. Interested parties may schedule site visits by contacting LCDA at info@comegrow.global.
The Liberty County Development Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, and accept the submission deemed most advantageous to the community.
