Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library of Indiana celebrates books, trains and family fun
INDIANAPOLIS – First Lady Maureen Braun and Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library of Indiana are inviting families to hop aboard for an exciting storytime at the Indiana State Fair on Saturday. This fun-filled event celebrates early childhood literacy at one of Indiana’s favorite summer traditions.
The First Lady will read The Little Engine That Could to children and families at the Train Depot. Following the reading, the First Lady will ride the Indiana State Fair’s newest train attraction before returning to the Station for a book signing. This event will celebrate Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library of Indiana, which provides free, high-quality books to Hoosier children ages five and under in all 92 counties.

WHERE: Indiana State Fair Train Depot, located on the northeast corner of the Fairgrounds near the Meijer Family Fun Park.
