Jacob Miller Named Operations Project Manager and Emily Price Named Bookkeeper at One of the Nation’s Largest Industrial Parks
TEXARKANA, USA — TexAmericas Center has announced the hiring of Jacob Miller as Operations Project Manager and Emily Price as Bookkeeper, strengthening the organization’s operations and finance teams as it continues to support industrial growth, redevelopment and business attraction across its 12,000-acre campus.

The new hires will support TexAmericas Center’s continued growth, tenant services, property management, infrastructure coordination and financial operations.
Jacob Miller Joins TexAmericas Center as Operations Project Manager
As Operations Project Manager, Miller will support TexAmericas Center’s day-to-day operations, property management, infrastructure planning and redevelopment activities.
His responsibilities include:
- Construction management support
- Facilities evaluation
- Property planning
- Mapping and infrastructure coordination
- Development project oversight
- Support for redevelopment activities across the industrial campus
Miller recently earned a Bachelor of Construction Science from Texas A&M University and is currently completing his Master of Land and Property Development. He brings experience in construction management, estimating, site planning and multifamily development through previous roles with Ellis Custom Homes, JPI and Clark Building Group.

As Bookkeeper, Price will support TexAmericas Center’s finance operations and help maintain efficient financial processes as the organization continues to grow.
