The achievement marks the seventh consecutive year the Northeast Texas industrial park has earned a top-10 national ranking, reinforcing its reputation as one of America’s leading destinations for advanced manufacturing, logistics and rail-served industrial development.
The annual rankings evaluate industrial parks based on critical site selection factors including intermodal transportation, utility infrastructure, manufacturing activity, available development sites and overall economic impact. TexAmericas Center’s continued recognition follows another year of tenant expansions, strategic infrastructure investments and major economic development wins.

- EnergyX completed its lithium processing demonstration plant following a $20+ million investment
- COIM USA announced an expected $50 million specialty chemicals manufacturing expansion
- Renew Truck expanded production space with additional industrial facilities
- Rowe Casa Organics acquired a 150,000-square-foot facility while expanding manufacturing, research and headquarters operations.
Project Big Pine Positions Region for AI and Data Center Growth
TexAmericas Center also advanced Project Big Pine, a large-scale partnership with Potentia Development designed to attract hyperscale data centers, artificial intelligence infrastructure and other power-intensive industries.

The project received support through a $1.5 million Defense Economic Adjustment Assistance Grant from the Texas Military Preparedness Commission and strengthens logistics capabilities for:
