BRADLEY, Ill. — October 8, 2025 — The Village of Bradley, in partnership with Gilbane Building Company, celebrated the grand opening of the new 315 Sports Park with a ribbon cutting ceremony, marking a major milestone in the Village’s ongoing efforts to drive economic growth, recreation, and community engagement.
The $50 million, one-million-square-foot complex features 12 all-turf fields with dugouts, warm-up zones, viewing areas, and concessions, designed to host large-scale youth tournaments and recreational programs year-round. Supporting amenities include a full-service kitchen and cafeteria, training and meeting rooms, ticket office, referee areas, and over 1,000 parking spaces. Integrated water features utilize existing stormwater ponds, creating a sustainable and visually appealing environment.
“The 315 Sports Park is truly a once-in-a-lifetime grand slam,” said Village of Bradley Mayor Mike Watson. “This park will build better athletes and, just as importantly, strengthen our local economy.”
Serving as construction manager, Gilbane partnered with PSI Construction and local contractors to bring the ambitious project to life, ensuring community participation throughout every phase of development.
