Springdale-based manufacturer expands facilities, rebrands company and strengthens leadership team
SPRINGDALE, Ark. (Dec. 23, 2025) — Chandler Equipment, a Northwest Arkansas-based manufacturer and supplier of truck accessories, announced a $14 million expansion that includes the acquisition of new facilities, significant investment in automated machinery, a corporate rebrand and key leadership appointments. As part of the growth strategy, the company has rebranded as Chandler Capital Group, reflecting its expanding portfolio of brands and investments across the automotive and adventure industries.
Founded in 1978, Chandler Capital Group will remain family-owned and operated. The new name unites the company’s growing collection of brands under a single corporate identity as it continues executing a long-term growth vision. The company’s portfolio includes Chandler Truck Accessories, Backwoods Adventure Mods, Chandler Vac and Starwood Customs, the latter of which was acquired earlier this year.
As part of the expansion, Chandler Capital Group has acquired two new facilities totaling 50,000 square feet. The company recently purchased a 30,000-square-foot facility at 682 N. Dixieland St., Suite E, in Lowell, which will house operations for the Chandler Truck Accessories and Chandler Vac divisions. In addition, the company acquired a 20,000-square-foot research and development facility at 231 Albano Drive in Tontitown, dedicated to the Backwoods Adventure Mods division.
Chris Chandler, president and CEO of Chandler Capital Group, said the company is committing approximately $14 million toward the expansion, including investments in new space and advanced automated equipment.
“This transformation represents both where we’ve come from and where we’re headed,” Chandler said. “Our new name reflects the diverse portfolio of companies we’ve built and our commitment to investing in our people, products and innovation. These new facilities position us to meet growing customer demand and continue creating world-class products right here in Northwest Arkansas.”
Chandler Capital Group’s main campus consists of 82,000 square feet on seven acres at 4180 W. Sunset Ave. in Springdale. The Starwood Customs division operates from a 15,000-square-foot facility at 411 N. Goad Springs Road in Lowell. With the newly acquired locations, the company now operates a combined 147,000 square feet across four facilities in Northwest Arkansas.
The expansion also includes several leadership promotions and appointments. Morgan Chandler, owner and board member, has been named chief visionary officer. Jon Reynolds, previously vice president of operations, has been promoted to chief operating officer, while Ryan Black, formerly vice president of sales, has been appointed chief revenue officer. Stuart Howard, who previously held leadership roles at Tyson Foods, has joined the company as chief financial officer.
Across its brands and divisions, Chandler Capital Group now employs 120 people, up from 90 at the start of 2025, reflecting the company’s continued growth trajectory.
