PELHAM, Ala. (Mar. 3, 2026) — Alabama-based Edgar’s Bakery has announced plans to invest approximately $13.2 million in a new manufacturing and production facility in the City of Pelham, a project expected to create 40 new jobs while supporting the company’s continued regional growth.
The new facility will serve as a centralized production hub designed to expand baking capacity and improve distribution efficiency for Edgar’s growing network of retail locations across Alabama.
