IRVING, Texas — March 20, 2026 — Fluor Corporation (NYSE: FLR) announced that its Advanced Technologies business has received a limited notice to proceed (LNTP) from TeraWulf Inc. to begin master planning and pre-construction services for a large-scale brownfield data center campus in north central Kentucky. The project is expected to provide access to as much as 480 megawatts of grid-connected power, positioning the development as a significant addition to the region’s digital infrastructure landscape.
Under the LNTP agreement, Fluor will initiate early engineering, master planning and pre-construction activities while the companies finalize definitive engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) documentation. Fluor expects to recognize its portion of the undisclosed contract value in the first quarter.
The project will be led from Fluor’s North American Data Center Execution Hub in Greenville, South Carolina, reflecting the firm’s growing focus on advanced technology and high-performance computing infrastructure.
