New Russellville operation will create 50 full-time jobs and expand domestic aluminum recycling and production
FRANKFORT, Ky. (Nov. 2, 2026) — ClearFlow Metalworks plans to invest $28 million to establish an aluminum manufacturing facility in Russellville, Kentucky, creating 50 new full-time jobs in Logan County.
The company will locate its first U.S. facility in a newly constructed speculative building at Shelton Lane Industrial Park. The operation will serve growing domestic demand for aluminum products while supporting sustainable manufacturing through the processing of recycled aluminum.
“Kentucky’s manufacturing sector continues to fuel our red-hot economy and create good-paying jobs for our families,” said Gov. Andy Beshear. “Our talented workforce, incentive programs, unique location and speed-to-market resources make the commonwealth a great place to do business. I am excited to welcome ClearFlow Metalworks to their New Kentucky Home and look forward to their success in Logan County.”
Aluminum Recycling and Billet Production
ClearFlow Metalworks will develop the project in phases. Phase I will establish a secondary aluminum billet casting facility with an estimated annual production capacity of approximately 100,000 tons.
The facility will process recycled aluminum into billets used in extrusion and other downstream manufacturing applications, establishing a long-term U.S. production presence for the company.
“We are excited to partner with Logan County and the city of Russellville as we establish our operations in Kentucky,” said John Dusanenko, CEO of ClearFlow Metalworks. “We are truly grateful for the support and collaboration we have received throughout this process. We look forward to contributing to the local economy, creating new job opportunities, and bringing innovative solutions to support American manufacturing.”
