Jerome, ID — A groundbreaking ceremony was held on June 28, 2021, at Northbridge Junction located just north of the Flying J Truck Plaza on U. S. Highway 93. On November 17, 2021, the walls went up! This is a brand new Class A, concrete tilt-up, industrial building with the walls poured in their entirety on the ground.
This is the first of several commercial and industrial buildings at Northbridge Junction for Utah based IronVista Development Group. This first building is just over 79,000 sq. ft.
IronVista Development Group is a development company primarily focused on vertical development in the Commercial Real Estate markets. Their preferred product type is concrete, tilt-up, big box, distribution, and manufacturing construction.
Investor representative, Chris McKay, has worked for over two years to bring this project to fruition.
We are fortunate to have a lease for a 21,000 section of the building with Hempitecture who will pilot a fiber batt insulation product at this site. We have nearly 60,000 sq. ft. of space remaining in this building and we’ll construct an additional 300,000+ square feet on the same site, says Chris McKay.
