JONESBORO, Ark. — October 19, 2026 — SANY Nutrition Group has opened its new food manufacturing facility in Jonesboro, Arkansas, following an investment of more than $30 million. The company expects the operation to create more than 150 jobs within three years, with protein snack production already underway.
Company executives joined state and local officials for a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the facility, located at 9401 E. Highland Drive. SANY acquired and remodeled the former Butterball facility, announcing the acquisition in August.
The opening expands Jonesboro’s food manufacturing sector while providing SANY with capacity to produce its own consumer products and serve foodservice, retail and private-label customers.
Beyond Resilience Launches in Walmart Stores
The grand opening also marked the debut of Beyond Resilience, SANY’s first consumer brand. Its first protein snack is expected to begin arriving in 517 Walmart stores across 27 states during the week of October 1.
SANY also plans to sell the product online and pursue additional retail distribution.

Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders welcomed SANY to the state’s food manufacturing industry, citing Arkansas’ workforce, agricultural resources, cost of living and permitting environment as advantages for business investment.
Clint O’Neal, executive director of the Arkansas Economic Development Commission, highlighted the company’s progress from facility development into production. He described the opening as a milestone for SANY and recognized the City of Jonesboro and Jonesboro Unlimited for supporting local business growth.
Jonesboro Unlimited President and CEO Mark Young emphasized the speed of SANY’s launch and said the organization looks forward to supporting the company’s continued expansion.
With manufacturing underway and retail distribution beginning, the Jonesboro facility establishes an operating base for SANY’s branded products and contract manufacturing business.
