Texas-Based Engine Remanufacturer to Create New Jobs and Boost Capacity
AER Manufacturing, a global leader in engine remanufacturing and a cornerstone of Carrollton’s industrial community, has announced plans to construct a new 155,000-square-foot warehouse facility. The expansion marks a significant investment in the region and will create new job opportunities, reinforcing AER’s commitment to innovation, quality, and long-term growth.
With over 1,000 employees already based in Carrollton, AER’s continued growth reflects its seven-decade legacy of excellence in remanufactured engine technology. The new facility will enhance the company’s ability to serve major OEMs, fleet dealers, distributors, and retailers, while streamlining operations with advanced material handling and storage systems.

AER’s existing facilities in Carrollton span nearly 700,000 square feet and are equipped to produce up to 600 engines daily for leading automotive brands including Ford, General Motors, Chrysler, and Nissan. The new warehouse will further strengthen AER’s operational capacity and support its reputation for delivering technologically advanced, reliable components.
