ST. LOUIS, Missouri — November 19, 2025 — Elevator, a fast-growing co-warehousing and flexible office provider serving small businesses and entrepreneurs, has announced plans to open a new 67,300-square-foot co-warehousing facility in St. Louis, expected to launch in Q1 2026. The company anticipates the new location will drive long-term job creation and economic activity by supporting the region’s expanding base of makers, e-commerce companies, and small-scale manufacturers.
The St. Louis site marks Elevator’s fifth location nationwide and second in Missouri, following its Kansas City facility opening December 1, 2025. The expansion builds on the company’s mission to provide scalable logistics, co-working, and growth services to entrepreneurs.
“We’re excited to see Elevator continuing to grow in Missouri while supporting St. Louis’ vibrant entrepreneurial community,” said Governor Mike Kehoe. “Expansions like these reinforce Missouri’s position as a hub for innovative, fast-growing businesses. We look forward to seeing this facility help St. Louis small business owners grow and thrive.”
Flexible Space Designed for High-Growth Entrepreneurs
Elevator’s model combines micro-warehouses, private offices, collaborative work areas, logistics services, and month-to-month memberships to eliminate barriers to scale. The St. Louis facility will include:
- 13 dock doors
- 118 parking spaces
- Flexible private warehouse suites
- Co-working and office space
- Shared equipment and amenities
- Access to logistics, shipping and fulfillment support

This hybrid configuration is designed to reduce up-front capital requirements, help brands scale production, and foster collaboration within the region’s small business ecosystem.
“St. Louis stood out because of its entrepreneurial energy and innovative community,” said Emiliano Lerda, CEO & Co-Founder of Elevator. “We’re excited to help local brands grow, scale, and collaborate under one roof.”
“Having run an e-commerce brand ourselves, we know the challenges of shipping, storage, and working from home,” added Shannon Lerda, President & Co-Founder. “Elevator offers the flexibility and community we wished existed when we started.”
Strengthening Missouri’s Innovation and Logistics Ecosystem
Economic development leaders emphasized that Elevator’s expansion reinforces Missouri’s reputation as a central logistics hub and destination for high-growth companies.
“St. Louis’ small business ecosystem continues to accelerate, and Elevator’s presence adds another valuable resource for entrepreneurs,” said Ron Kitchens, CEO of Greater St. Louis, Inc.
“Their flexible platform lowers barriers for makers and e-commerce brands to scale — exactly the kind of innovation that keeps Missouri competitive,” said Subash Alias, CEO of Missouri Partnership. “We’re proud to welcome Elevator’s second Missouri location and look forward to the jobs and investment it will bring to the region.”
