Premium meal delivery company expands to Maryland, strengthening regional food production and logistics
BALTIMORE, MD (November 20, 2025) — Governor Wes Moore announced that Feast & Fettle, a leading premium prepared meal delivery service headquartered in Rhode Island, will establish a new 25,000-square-foot production and distribution facility in Elkridge, Maryland. The expansion—located at 7071 Dorsey Run Road—will enable the company to cook, package, and deliver fully-prepared meals to customers across the Mid-Atlantic region. The project is expected to create approximately 250 full-time jobs over the next three years.
“Attracting Feast & Fettle to Maryland brings incredible opportunities to the Howard County workforce, the state’s manufacturing and agribusiness sectors, and the region’s growing meal delivery market,” said Governor Wes Moore. “The company is committed not only to providing healthy meals, but also expanding community access to free meals through local partners. We are proud to support Feast & Fettle as they pursue both of these goals.”
Expanding a Fast-Growing New England Brand
Founded in 2016 as a private chef’s side business, Feast & Fettle has rapidly grown into one of New England’s fastest-expanding meal delivery operations. The company manages the full process in-house—from culinary preparation to packaging and direct delivery—ensuring quality and consistency while maintaining its mission to “nourish everyday life.”
“As we expand into the DMV, our mission stays the same,” said Carlos Ventura, Chief Executive Officer of Feast & Fettle. “We’re here to deliver exceptional quality, operate with integrity, and care for our Members the same way we care for our team in Elkridge. Career development and economic mobility aren’t perks; they’re part of how we build.”
Maryland Strengthens Regional Food Production & Logistics
Maryland leaders say the expansion will bolster the state’s positioning as a hub for food manufacturing, distribution, and agribusiness.
“We are excited to welcome Feast & Fettle to Maryland, where reaching customers up and down the East Coast can be achieved quickly and conveniently,” said Maryland Department of Commerce Secretary Harry Coker, Jr. “With major food industry leaders already based here, they will be in good company.”
To support the project, the Maryland Department of Commerce is working to approve a $1 million conditional loan through Advantage Maryland. The Howard County Economic Development Authority (HCEDA) will provide an additional $500,000 repayable loan for working capital and a $100,000 reimbursable workforce training grant.
Local officials highlighted the project’s regional impact.
“Feast & Fettle’s investment brings hundreds of jobs and strengthens the Route 1 Corridor,” said Howard County Executive Calvin Ball. “This project underscores the value of the Eastern Howard County Enterprise Zone as a tool for attracting new business.”
“We are proud to welcome Feast & Fettle to Howard County’s dynamic business community,” added HCEDA CEO Jennifer Jones. “This new facility reflects the region’s strength in food production, innovation, and logistics.”
