RICHMOND, Va. – October 8, 2025 — The Greater Richmond Partnership (GRP) and the City of Richmond announced that Gilbane, a leading construction management and real estate development firm, has expanded its presence in the region with a new 6,600-square-foot office at 1408-B Roseneath Road in Richmond’s Scott’s Addition neighborhood.
The expansion supports Gilbane’s continued growth in Central Virginia, creating space for 15 additional team members and enhancing collaboration on upcoming regional projects.
