Moore brings over 24 years of experience in advertising and corporate marketing
Little Rock, AR — The Arkansas Economic Development Commission (AEDC) announced that Jeff Moore has been hired as the agency’s new Director of Marketing and Communications. AEDC’s Marketing and Communications Division oversees all marketing initiatives for AEDC, including the agency’s advertising contract. This division also responds to media inquiries and coordinates all public relations outreach for the agency, including job-creation announcements.
“Jeff will be a great asset for AEDC and the State of Arkansas,” said AEDC Executive Director Mike Preston. “Marketing is one of our top priorities as we reach out to companies and site-selection consultants around the world. In order to compete globally, we must share the Arkansas story – and we have a great story to tell.”
Moore has worked in the communications field for more than 24 years, and brings both advertising agency and corporate marketing management experience. Before joining AEDC Moore created and directed work for Fortune 500 brands such as Bank of America, PepsiCo, Duke Energy, Starbucks and Yamaha. In addition, he has more than a decade of corporate brand leadership and marketing communications experience in mass, digital, direct and event marketing for companies such as Transamerica and Windstream.
“I am thrilled to be joining the AEDC team and to have an opportunity to share the story of our great state with businesses and markets from around the world,” said Moore. “The State of Arkansas has such a wealth of talent and resources available to benefit growing companies and I am honored to join the successful efforts, already at work, promoting economic advancement in Arkansas.”
Moore is a graduate of Harding University.
