REDI Cincinnati, in coordination with JobsOhio, supported Kaiker Development & Construction with an inclusion grant. Kaiker will create three new jobs with an associated payroll of $235,000 as part of its growth.
“We are grateful to support Kaiker as it grows its businesses in the Cincinnati region,” said Kevin Donnelly, REDI Cincinnati vice president for project management. “Utilizing the JobsOhio Inclusion Grant to support businesses with underrepresented ownership or located in distressed zip codes enhances our regional vitality. This aligns with Kaiker’s own vision to build the future through its development and construction services, which further improves our regional ecosystem.”
Kaiker Development & Construction (Cincinnati) provides development, construction management and general contracting services for projects encompassing urban redevelopment of commercial, mixed-use, office, high-volume residential and multi-family establishments.
The JobsOhio Inclusion Grant program supports businesses that are either serving distressed communities or have ownership from underrepresented populations, such as minorities, women, veterans and people with disabilities.
REDI Cincinnati has closed 54 inclusion grant projects since the program’s inception, resulting in 403 new jobs, $21.6 million in new payroll and $8.4 million in capital investment.
