New Braunfels, Texas – October 1, 2025 – Lefko USA, a Canadian-based advanced plastics manufacturer, has announced the relocation of its U.S. headquarters to New Braunfels, Texas, reinforcing the region’s growing reputation as a premier destination for advanced manufacturing, foreign direct investment, and business expansion.
The new facility will expand to more than 70,000 square feet, supporting the production of blow-molded plastic products including fuel tanks, recreational vehicle components, hospital bed parts, and other specialty products. Over the next five years, Lefko USA will create more than 150 full-time jobs in Comal County, offering average wages above $67,000.
Independent analysis projects that Lefko USA’s investment will deliver more than $640 million in total economic output by 2030, supporting more than 550 direct and indirect jobs across the Greater New Braunfels region.
