MPP Insights, a global leader in advanced data analytics and AI-powered business intelligence, has officially relocated its global headquarters to Henrico County, Virginia.
The move from Yerevan, Armenia to the U.S. marks a pivotal milestone in the company’s 20-year journey helping organizations transform complex data into strategic advantage.
Founded in 2005, MPP Insights delivers tailored solutions in data engineering, machine learning, and automation across industries including healthcare, finance, logistics, and e-commerce. The company’s expansion into Henrico reflects its commitment to scaling innovation and deepening its presence in the U.S. market.
MPP Insights is the newest participant in the Henrico Global Business Gateway (GBG), a premier soft-landing program designed by the Henrico Economic Development Authority (EDA) to support international firms entering and growing in the U.S. Through the GBG’s exclusive RAMP (Research to Accelerate Market Potential) initiative, MPP Insights is receiving customized go-to-market support, strategic advising, and business development services.
“We’ve built MPP Insights on the belief that data should be a strategic advantage—not a burden,” said Sergei Shestakov, Founder and CEO of MPP Insights. “Henrico stood out as a forward-thinking, welcoming home for innovation. We’re excited to bring our global capabilities to U.S. organizations.”
“Richmond and Yerevan are more connected than they seem,” added Peter Bilzerian, U.S. Managing Director. “We’re building a bridge between two rising tech ecosystems—one rooted in hospitality and grit, the other in deep technical talent.”
Local leaders praised the relocation as a win for Henrico’s growing international business community:
- “We’re proud to welcome MPP Insights to Henrico through our Global Business Gateway,” said Daniel J. Schmitt, Chair of the Henrico Board of Supervisors. “Their presence strengthens our thriving ecosystem of more than 70 international firms.”
- “MPP Insights brings visionary leadership and innovation to our region,” added Misty D. Roundtree, Three Chopt Magisterial District Supervisor. “Their growth will enrich both our economy and our community.”
The Greater Richmond Partnership played a key role in facilitating the relocation, offering site visits, strategic introductions, and transition support.
“Greater Richmond is a natural fit for international companies expanding to the U.S.,” said Jennifer Wakefield, President and CEO of the Greater Richmond Partnership. “We’re proud to support MPP Insights’ seamless transition.”
The Global Business Gateway is headquartered at Gather West End in Henrico’s nationally recognized Innsbrook corridor.
