A $10.85 Million Investment and 93 New Jobs
CONWAY, S.C. — December 4, 2025 — Ocean Craft Marine, operating in the U.S. as Asis Boats USA, announced plans to establish its new U.S. boat manufacturing headquarters in Horry County, South Carolina. The company will invest $10.85 million and create 93 full-time jobs at a new facility located within Bucksport Marine Park in Conway.
The advanced marine manufacturing plant will produce rigid inflatable boats (RIBs) and specialized maritime vessels used by navies, defense agencies, rescue services, and government entities around the world. Ocean Craft Marine currently manufactures from its flagship facility in Dubai and will now anchor its U.S. operations in Horry County to support growing American and global demand.

Project Location and Hiring Timeline
- Ocean Craft Marine will operate from Bucksport Marine Park off Highway 701.
- Recruitment for the 93 new full-time positions will begin in 2026, with hiring coordinated in partnership with SC Works.
