Global packaging manufacturer to create nearly 60 new jobs and invest $8 million; Expansion follows company’s acquisition by Nefab Group
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Sept. 26, 2025 – Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee, Department of Economic and Community Development Commissioner Stuart C. McWhorter and PolyFlex Products LLC officials announced the company is expanding its manufacturing operations in Warren County with a new location in McMinnville, Tennessee.
PolyFlex will invest $8.3 million and create 58 new jobs at the new facility, which will support the company’s Morrison thermoform packaging operations. The expansion will add material extrusion capabilities and enable the reuse of end-of-life industrial packaging, strengthening the company’s commitment to sustainability.
PolyFlex is a subsidiary of Swedish-based Nefab Group, which acquired the company in 2023. Following completion of the expansion, PolyFlex will employ approximately 85 people across Warren County.
