BATAVIA, Ill. (Mar. 17, 2026) — QT9 Software, a global provider of quality management and enterprise resource planning solutions, has announced plans to relocate its global headquarters to a redeveloped technology campus in downtown Batavia, transforming a historic industrial property into a modern innovation hub.
The company will move from its current Aurora location to the former Pamarco factory site along the Fox River, where a century-old industrial structure will be adaptively reused and reimagined as an approximately 40,000-square-foot technology workspace. The redevelopment will preserve the building’s historic architectural character while integrating modern infrastructure designed to support collaboration, innovation and long-term business growth.
The headquarters project is part of a $12 million investment led by Manhattan Real Estate Ventures, LLC, under a redevelopment agreement approved by the Batavia City Council. The initiative represents a significant step in the city’s broader strategy to revitalize its riverfront district through sustainable development and historic preservation.
QT9 Software’s relocation is expected to bring approximately 65 employees to downtown Batavia initially, with plans to expand to roughly 100 high-skilled technology positions as the company continues to grow. By establishing its global headquarters in the city’s historic core, QT9 Software aims to create a modern workplace environment that reflects its commitment to innovation while honoring the region’s industrial legacy.

The adaptive reuse project will modernize the facility’s interior systems and layout to meet the needs of a global technology organization, while maintaining the distinctive industrial design elements that define the property. Once completed, the development is anticipated to serve as both a visual landmark and an economic catalyst for continued investment along the Fox River corridor.
Construction is expected to begin following final approvals and financing, with occupancy targeted before the end of 2028.
From its new headquarters, QT9 Software will continue delivering integrated quality management, ERP and manufacturing resource planning solutions to customers across life sciences, pharmaceutical, medical device, aerospace and industrial sectors. The company’s technology platforms are designed to help regulated manufacturers improve operational efficiency, maintain compliance with global standards and enhance real-time visibility across production and quality systems.
In addition to supporting global operations, QT9 Software’s expanded presence in Batavia is expected to foster stronger local partnerships, workforce development opportunities and community engagement initiatives. The headquarters investment reflects growing momentum in the city’s downtown redevelopment efforts and reinforces Batavia’s position as an emerging destination for technology-driven businesses.
