Expansion positions Northern Kentucky as a center of excellence for corporate support and logistics functions
FRANKFORT, Ky. (Dec. 15, 2025) — Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear today announced that RelaDyne, a leading distributor of industrial, commercial and automotive lubricants and a market leader in fuel, diesel exhaust fluid and industrial reliability services, will expand its operations in Hebron, investing $2.1 million and creating 80 new, well-paying jobs in Boone County.
“Kentucky’s distribution and logistics sector continues to be a powerful driver of economic growth across the commonwealth,” said Governor Andy Beshear. “RelaDyne’s decision to expand in Hebron is a strong vote of confidence in Northern Kentucky’s workforce and business climate. This project brings high-quality professional jobs to Boone County and reinforces our state’s role as a logistics and corporate services hub.”
Following a comprehensive evaluation of locations for expanded corporate support operations, RelaDyne selected Hebron, Kentucky, positioning the site as a center of excellence for the company. The expansion will support a range of professional roles, including accounting and finance, human resources, information technology, customer support and related corporate functions, with positions expected to be added over the next several years.
“RelaDyne is excited to continue growing in the Hebron community and across Northern Kentucky,” said Eric Royse, CEO of RelaDyne. “Our partnership with the commonwealth represents an ideal collaboration between the public and private sectors. With access to a highly skilled talent base and a best-in-class office infrastructure, our Hebron facility will remain one of RelaDyne’s most efficient and well-run locations as we support customers nationwide and around the world.”
RelaDyne operates 193 locations across more than 45 U.S. states and Central America, with reliability services extending throughout South America, Europe and Asia. The company employs more than 4,000 people globally and operates a fleet of over 2,300 delivery vehicles, supporting a broad range of industrial, commercial and automotive customers.
Boone County Judge/Executive Gary Moore welcomed the expansion and its local impact. “We are thrilled that RelaDyne is expanding in Boone County and adding a significant number of professional, well-paying jobs,” Moore said. “This investment strengthens Northern Kentucky’s role as a strategic location for companies with national and international operations.”
Lee Crume, CEO of the BE NKY Growth Partnership, emphasized the regional significance of the project. “Retaining and expanding a company like RelaDyne, with a strong global footprint, highlights the depth of talent available in the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky region,” Crume said. “This is a meaningful win for our regional economy.”
