(December 11, 2025) – Resource Realty of Northern New Jersey (RRNNJ) announced four newly completed industrial lease transactions totaling 116,347 square feet across Morris and Warren counties. The deals, executed on behalf of the respective landlords, further underscore growing demand for strategically located industrial space along the high-performing Interstate 80 corridor. RRNNJ Principal Brian Wilson played a leading role in all four transactions.
The properties, each situated within three miles of I-80, offer exceptional access to New York City, Upstate New York, and Eastern Pennsylvania—connectivity that continues to fuel tenant competition for premium industrial facilities.

Warren County Transactions Total 82,216 Square Feet
The largest share of activity occurred in Hackettstown, where Wilson secured long-term tenants for two industrial properties:
- 45,048 SF at 715 Willow Grove Street
- 37,168 SF at 101 Bilby Avenue
Wilson represented the landlords in both transactions, while KBC Advisors represented the tenants.
Morris County Transactions Add 34,131 Square Feet
In Morris County, Wilson and RRNNJ principals completed two additional leases:
- 30,131 SF at 400 Forge Way in Rockaway, completed in partnership with Principal Scott Peck
- 4,000 SF at 1 Emery Avenue in Randolph, completed with support from RRNNJ Founder and Principal Tom Consiglio
