Phoenix, AZ — ViaWest Group announces a 77-year ground lease with Kyrene School District on 28.6 acres in Chandler on which it will develop Converge Logistics Center.
The project will consist of three general industrial buildings totaling approximately 512,710 SF. Designed to be multi-tenanted, the buildings have divisibility to 52,000, 23,500, and 39,800 SF with 28’-32’ clear heights and a combination of dock-high and grade-level doors. Construction is slated to begin Q3 2021 with estimated delivery Q2 2022.
