FRANKFORT, Ky. (Sept. 19, 2025) – Kentucky’s technology sector continues its upward momentum as TrinDocs, a leading provider of accounts payable automation and procurement solutions, announced plans to expand its Lexington headquarters. The company will invest $636,000 and create 20 new full-time jobs, strengthening its position as a growing tech leader in the Commonwealth.
“Companies like TrinDocs are reinvesting across Kentucky, creating new jobs for our people and showing that our Commonwealth is a place where businesses succeed and grow,” said Gov. Andy Beshear. “Our economy is red-hot, and announcements like this are helping us continue to create a brighter future for all Kentuckians. I want to thank TrinDocs’ leaders for their commitment to the Commonwealth and congratulate them on this exciting next step.”
Driven by record-breaking growth and increased customer demand, TrinDocs will relocate to a new office building that will nearly quadruple its operating space. The expansion allows the company to maintain its headquarters in Lexington while providing room for additional employees. Construction is scheduled to begin and finish before the end of 2025.
“Now in our sixth consecutive year of record growth—with 2025 marking the fourth straight year of at least 20% revenue increases—it is exciting to see our team’s hard work make this new corporate headquarters a reality,” said Jeremy Prichard, senior director of sales and marketing at TrinDocs.
Founded in Lexington, TrinDocs develops software solutions that help businesses streamline invoice processing, reduce manual workloads, and boost efficiency. The company was certified by MSDynamicsWorld at the end of 2024 following a rigorous evaluation by independent Microsoft MVP experts. Looking ahead, TrinDocs’ 10-year growth strategy includes new product development designed to expand into additional markets.
Local leaders praised the company’s investment:
- “We are excited TrinDocs is expanding its Lexington footprint with the creation of new career opportunities,” said Lexington Mayor Linda Gorton. “TrinDocs is helping build Lexington’s tech sector, and we are proud to be the home of their growing headquarters.”
- Commerce Lexington President and CEO Bob Quick added: “Businesses are always looking for ways to be more efficient in their operations.
