Urban Land Co. (ULCo.) and LINK, a real estate company and property management firm focused on workforce housing, has announced plans to expand in the Columbus Region creating 40 new full-time jobs. The company is adding a vast range of experienced professionals to its local workforce, from project managers and investment analysts to asset managers, accountants, human resources, legal, social media and office managers, with hiring to begin between Q3 and Q4 2022.
Headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, ULCo. and LINK is expanding its workforce in the Region as the company experiences significant growth from existing and new geographic markets. In addition to its home base in Columbus, the company provides services to communities throughout Ohio and Florida. The company currently has 174 team members, 26 of whom are full-time employees based out of the Columbus home office. This latest investment will allow them to more than double their local workforce.
