$9.6 Million Investment to Create 56 New Jobs in Putnam County
BAXTER, Tenn. – November 6, 2025 – Anatolia Cabinet and Millwork, a leading manufacturer of custom cabinetry and millwork, announced plans to establish its first Tennessee facility in the City of Baxter. The $9.6 million investment will create 56 new jobs and introduce the state’s first and only AI-integrated production system for cabinet and millwork manufacturing — marking a major milestone for advanced manufacturing in the region.
The new facility will position Anatolia Cabinet and Millwork at the forefront of automation and innovation, leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance precision, efficiency, and production capacity. The company’s investment underscores Tennessee’s continued growth as a hub for next-generation manufacturing and workforce development.
Since 2020, the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development (TNECD) has supported more than 34 projects in the Upper Cumberland region, resulting in over 3,000 new job commitments and nearly $1 billion in capital investment.
