LAS CRUCES, N.M. — (January, 27, 2026) — Endurance Technologies, Inc., a Canadian manufacturer serving the oil and gas industry for more than three decades, has selected Las Cruces as the location of its first U.S. manufacturing facility. The project is expected to generate dozens of high-quality jobs and more than $54 million in economic impact for New Mexico over the next decade.
Over the next five years, Endurance Technologies plans to create 43 new jobs in Las Cruces, with an average starting wage of $58,156 in the first year of operation. The Calgary-based company anticipates investing $13.4 million within the first three years, with total capital expenditures projected at $18.6 million as the operation ramps up.
The Las Cruces facility represents a major milestone in Endurance Technologies’ expansion strategy, enabling the company to grow its U.S. footprint, increase production capacity, and better serve American customers. Founded more than 30 years ago, Endurance specializes in pipe manufacturing solutions for energy-sector applications.
“Projects like this are how we build New Mexico’s economy,” said Rob Black, Cabinet Secretary of the New Mexico Economic Development Department. “Endurance Technologies is bringing quality jobs and significant investment to Las Cruces, and we’re excited to support their growth as they establish operations in our state.”
Endurance Technologies will locate its U.S. operation at the City of Las Cruces’ Innovation & Industrial site, where the company has purchased and will renovate an existing 45,050-square-foot building on 15 acres. The site provides room for near-term expansion and long-term operational growth.
“From the moment we began spending time in New Mexico, it was clear this was the right place for our next chapter,” said Jeff Pitura, President and CEO of Endurance Technologies, Inc. “Endurance was founded as a family business more than 30 years ago, and that spirit still guides how we operate today. In Las Cruces, we found the workforce, infrastructure, and community support needed to grow successfully.”

Local leaders emphasized the project’s role in advancing Las Cruces’ industrial and manufacturing momentum.
“We’re excited to welcome Endurance Technologies to Las Cruces,” said Las Cruces Mayor Eric Enriquez. “This investment brings new life to an important industrial site, creates quality jobs for our residents, and strengthens our city’s position as a destination for innovative manufacturers.”
The project reflects close collaboration among the State of New Mexico, City of Las Cruces, Mesilla Valley Economic Development Alliance (MVEDA), and New Mexico Partnership.
“This announcement reflects years of work to position our region for projects like this,” said Davin Lopez, President and CEO of MVEDA. “Endurance Technologies’ decision sends a strong signal that Las Cruces and the Mesilla Valley are ready to compete and win on a national and international stage.”
To support the project, Endurance Technologies received a package of state and local incentives, including Local Economic Development Act (LEDA) assistance, an Industrial Revenue Bond (IRB), NM Borderplex Closing Incentive, and Job Training Incentive Program (JTIP) funding. The company expects to begin operations in Las Cruces before the end of the year.
Representatives from the Mesilla Valley Economic Development Alliance, City of Las Cruces, New Mexico Economic Development Department, and Endurance Technologies recently gathered in Las Cruces to celebrate the company’s U.S. expansion.
