FORT WORTH, Texas (May 19, 2026) — Celestica Inc., a global provider of data center infrastructure and advanced technology solutions, announced new details surrounding its planned operations expansion in AllianceTexas in Fort Worth, a project that significantly expands the company’s manufacturing footprint in the Dallas-Fort Worth region while reinforcing its long-term investment strategy in Texas.
The development comes as demand continues to rise for next-generation data center infrastructure and advanced technology solutions supporting artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and other rapidly evolving digital technologies.
When fully built out, Celestica’s Fort Worth campus is expected to encompass more than one million square feet of advanced manufacturing and engineering space. The project is projected to generate approximately 1,700 full-time positions spanning manufacturing operations, engineering, supply chain management, and quality assurance.
“This investment reflects the incredible momentum of our business and the growing demand from customers for U.S.-based capabilities supporting advanced technology solutions,” said Yann Etienvre, Chief Operations Officer at Celestica. “This new capacity is highly strategic and aligns our long-term growth plans with customer roadmaps and multi-year infrastructure investments already underway.”
The Fort Worth expansion serves as a central component of Celestica’s broader growth strategy, which includes continued investments in engineering expertise and operational capabilities designed to support future technology innovation and infrastructure development.
Local leaders emphasized the significance of the project for both the city and the broader North Texas economy.
Fort Worth Mayor Mattie Parker noted that the company’s arrival further strengthens several of the city’s targeted industry sectors, including smart technologies, aerospace and defense, and healthcare technologies.
“Fort Worth continues to attract world-class companies that are driving innovation and strengthening our economy,” Parker said. “Celestica’s investment represents another major milestone and creates approximately 1,700 high-quality jobs while generating long-term opportunities for our residents and community.”
Robert Allen, President and CEO of the Fort Worth Economic Development Partnership, said the project demonstrates the city’s ability to compete for globally significant investments.
“A significant capital investment and approximately 1,700 new jobs don’t happen by accident,” Allen said. “Fort Worth has created a business environment where global companies see opportunity and choose to invest.”
Officials at AllianceTexas also highlighted the project as validation of the region’s competitive advantages.
Mike Berry, President of Hillwood, developer of AllianceTexas, said Celestica’s decision reinforces Fort Worth’s position as a leading center for advanced manufacturing and technology infrastructure.
“This investment reflects the strength of Fort Worth’s infrastructure platform, reliable power capacity, workforce pipeline, and collaborative business environment,” Berry said.
AllianceTexas has become one of the nation’s largest and most influential mixed-use developments since its establishment in 1989. The 27,000-acre development currently hosts more than 600 companies and supports over 73,000 direct jobs, serving as a major logistics and advanced manufacturing hub for North Texas.
For Celestica, the Fort Worth expansion further positions the company to support increasing global demand for AI-driven infrastructure and advanced technology systems while strengthening domestic manufacturing capabilities.
