CROSSVILLE, Tenn. (Feb. 25, 2026) — Tennessee Governor Bill Lee, Department of Economic and Community Development (TNECD) Commissioner Stuart C. McWhorter, and company officials announced that Durable Productswill expand its manufacturing operations in Cumberland County, investing $27.3 million and creating 134 new jobs in Crossville.
The expansion will involve the renovation and modernization of one of the company’s existing facilities to support new machinery, expanded warehousing capacity, inventory space, and updated office operations. Durable Products is a subsidiary of Texas-based GreenLiner, LLC, which will oversee the refurbishment and retrofitting project.
Founded in 1982 in Crossville, Durable Products manufactures a wide range of rubber-based components and materials, offering capabilities that include compression molding, rubber extrusion, die cutting, and raw material processing.
Strengthening Rural Economic Growth
State leaders emphasized the project’s importance to rural economic development and long-term job creation in the Upper Cumberland region.
“Today’s announcement underscores what we already know: the Volunteer State is committed to ensuring every Tennessean living in a rural community can thrive,” said Gov. Bill Lee. “The creation of more than 130 jobs will be transformative for Cumberland County, and I’m grateful to Durable Products’ leadership for selecting Tennessee for this expansion.”
TNECD Commissioner Stuart C. McWhorter noted the competitive nature of the project and Tennessee’s business climate.
“This was a highly competitive project, and we’re grateful Durable Products continues to recognize our strong business environment and capable workforce,” McWhorter said. “We look forward to supporting the company as it grows and contributes to the Upper Cumberland region for years to come.”

Durable Products leadership credited state and local partners for helping guide the company’s growth strategy.
