Glazer’s Beer & Beverage, a leading malt beverage distribution, sales, and marketing organization, is breaking ground on a new 253,200 SF beverage distributorship. A groundbreaking ceremony took place on Thursday, May 18 at 9:00 am. The project is located at 3311 Development Drive, Weslaco, Texas, 78599, at the Mid Valley International Industrial Park.

Our mission is to provide superior service and develop positive relationships with our incredible suppliers and customers to build a world class company that will enable Glazer’s Beer & Beverage to invest in our people, brands, technology, facilities, and communities,” said Matt Swilling, Vice President of Operations for Glazer’s Beer & Beverage.
The state-of-the-art facility will feature an insulated concrete tilt-up exterior and a conventional steel structure with over 210,000 SF of temperature-controlled space and 36’ clear height. The facility will also house roughly 25,000 SF of office space, 27 dock positions, and 40 battery charging stations.

This new facility exemplifies Glazer’s Beer & Beverage’s commitment to the Rio Grande Valley.
