AI technology company expands Falls Church headquarters to 30,000 square feet to support defense, intelligence and commercial projects
FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. (November 2, 2026) — Enabled Intelligence (EI) has expanded its Virginia headquarters in Falls Church, increasing its footprint to 30,000 square feet as its Virginia workforce reaches 150 employees. The expansion adds secure facilities and creates capacity for additional hiring across the company’s government and commercial operations.
The artificial intelligence company celebrated the opening with elected officials and community partners, highlighting its continued investment in Fairfax County and demand for secure AI training data and development services.
“This team delivers the most accurate AI training data in the U.S.,” said Peter Kant, founder and CEO of Enabled Intelligence. “Rigorous training through our bootcamp and apprenticeship programs is only part of it. What sets our team apart is our commitment to precision and to the mission.”
Kant said that focus attracts customers handling sensitive information, from national security organizations to businesses working with medical records and confidential legal documents.
Expanded Secure Facilities Support AI Development
Enabled Intelligence produces AI training data for defense and intelligence applications. Each EI annotator completes specialized geospatial training before beginning work, supporting the company’s emphasis on precision and mission requirements.
According to EI, its training processes help deliver data accuracy of approximately 95%. The company also cited its selection for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’s $708 million Sequoia contract in September 2025 as a milestone in its national security work.
The expanded headquarters provides additional secure workspace to support these projects while accommodating growth in commercial AI services.
Workforce Training Creates Career Opportunities
EI’s Virginia team has grown to 150 employees over the past year. Through bootcamp and apprenticeship programs, the company develops specialized skills needed for AI data preparation, annotation and related technical work.
Fairfax County Board of Supervisors Chairman Jeffrey C. McKay congratulated the company on its expansion, emphasizing the value of its national security work and continued local investment.
“This expansion creates room for more people to build careers in a growing industry, and we thank Enabled Intelligence for choosing to keep growing here,” McKay said.
Mason District Supervisor Andres F. Jimenez also recognized EI’s investment in workforce development, noting that its training and apprenticeship programs help connect local talent with career opportunities.
Serving National Security and Commercial Industries
Enabled Intelligence provides full-cycle AI development services, including data acquisition and conditioning, data labeling and annotation, and the engineering and deployment of custom AI models.
Its customers span military and government organizations, as well as the health care, financial services and energy industries.
George D. Thomas, president and CEO of the Fairfax County Economic Development Authority, said the company’s growth demonstrates the importance of combining specialized human expertise with advanced AI capabilities.
He also recognized EI’s approach to creating opportunities for talented people whose abilities are often overlooked.
With its larger headquarters, expanded secure facilities and growing workforce, Enabled Intelligence is increasing its capacity to serve customers with complex AI and sensitive-data requirements.
