LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (November 6, 2025) — Molecular Processing, LLC, a chemical distillation company and part of the American Polymers Corp. network, has announced plans to locate new manufacturing operations in Hot Springs, Arkansas, creating more than 50 new jobs over the next five years.
The company has acquired the ORG Chem Group facility in Hot Springs and will invest between $1.5 million and $2 million to modernize and upgrade the plant’s operations. These enhancements will include state-of-the-art quality control testing instruments, advanced safety systems, and efficiency improvements designed to position the site for long-term growth.
In total, Molecular Processing plans to invest approximately $9.1 million in its Hot Springs operations, marking a major step forward for Arkansas’s growing manufacturing and chemical production sector.
Modernizing Hot Springs Manufacturing for the Future
“This acquisition marks an important milestone for our group’s operations,” said Dr. Shalesh Gupta, Manager of Molecular Processing, LLC. “By establishing Molecular Processing in Hot Springs, we are safeguarding jobs in Garland County while positioning this facility as a critical part of our integrated manufacturing network.”
Dr. Gupta continued, “With the backing of more than 1 million square feet of vertically integrated manufacturing capacity across ten U.S. locations, we’re committed to making this facility a long-term success story for Arkansas — especially for Hot Springs and the surrounding region.”
As part of its long-term expansion strategy, the company plans to add a 50,000- to 75,000-square-foot facility expansion, further increasing its manufacturing footprint in the region.
