Creating 25 New Jobs and Advancing Sustainable U.S. Manufacturing in Arkansas
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (Nov. 6, 2025) – Morin, a leading U.S. manufacturer of architectural metal wall and roof systems and a member of the Kingspan Group, celebrated the grand opening of its new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Little Rock, Arkansas. The $15 million investment establishes one of North America’s most advanced architectural metal panel plants, creating 25 skilled manufacturing jobs and strengthening Central Arkansas’s growing industrial base.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony welcomed Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders, Little Rock Mayor Frank Scott Jr., Pulaski County Judge Barry Hyde, and business leaders from across the region, marking a major milestone in Arkansas’s continued growth as a hub for manufacturing and sustainable innovation.
“The opening of our Little Rock facility marks a pivotal moment for Morin and the architectural metal industry,” said Ilhan Eser, Morin President. “This plant represents our vision for the future — combining next-generation roll forming technology, sustainability, and operational excellence. By positioning in the heart of the country, we’re improving lead times, reducing costs, and investing in a community that shares our values of innovation and efficiency.”
Driving Manufacturing Innovation in the Heart of the U.S.
Strategically located in Little Rock’s central logistics corridor, the new facility enables Morin to serve customers faster across the Central and Southern U.S. by reducing freight distances and improving supply chain efficiency.
The plant showcases Morin’s “next generation of roll forming” philosophy, integrating highly automated production lines and revolutionary equipment to produce precision-engineered metal panels for architectural and industrial applications. This advanced manufacturing model positions Morin as a national leader in high-performance building materials.
Sustainability at the Core
The Little Rock facility is fully powered by renewable energy and built around Kingspan’s global Planet Passionate sustainability initiative. It incorporates energy-efficient machinery, zero-waste-to-landfill programs, and processes designed to minimize the carbon footprint across operations.
By producing closer to its key markets, Morin will reduce freight miles and overall emissions — setting a new benchmark for environmentally responsible manufacturing in Arkansas.
“Morin’s investment in Arkansas marks a major milestone in our state’s growth as a hub for manufacturing and innovation,” said Governor Sanders. “This expansion is proof that our efforts to cut red tape, invest in workforce development, and make Arkansas the best place in the nation to do business are paying off.”
Economic Impact and Community Growth
“Little Rock’s position as a logistics and transportation powerhouse continues to attract high-tech manufacturers,” said Frank Scott Jr., Mayor of Little Rock. “We’re thrilled to welcome Morin to our community and appreciate their focus on workforce development and sustainability.”
“Morin’s new facility is a tremendous win for Little Rock and Pulaski County,” said Clint O’Neal, Executive Director of the Arkansas Economic Development Commission (AEDC). “By choosing Arkansas, Morin gains a business-friendly environment, skilled workforce, and infrastructure that will support their long-term success.”
“At the core of our strategy is retaining and growing companies that drive our regional economy,” said Jay Chesshir, President and CEO of the Little Rock Regional Chamber. “We’re excited to welcome another Kingspan brand to our region — bringing new jobs, investment, and opportunity to 25 local families.”
“Morin’s investment brings skilled jobs and strengthens our local workforce programs,” added Pulaski County Judge Barry Hyde. “It’s the kind of forward-thinking, sustainable growth that keeps our region strong.”
Building Arkansas’s Manufacturing Future
The new facility not only enhances Morin’s U.S. production network but also supports local suppliers, contractors, and training programs, reinforcing Arkansas’s growing reputation as a destination for advanced manufacturing and design innovation.
Morin is actively partnering with technical colleges and workforce development programs in Central Arkansas to prepare residents for new career opportunities in precision metal fabrication, operations, and automation.
